PNK Group Breaks Ground on 1.1 Million SF Distribution Center
Speculative, Labor-Focused Development in McDonough, Georgia, Now Underway
ATLANTA, March 21, 2018 – PNK Group, international developer of industrial warehouse facilities, has broken ground on the first building at Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms, a speculative development located in McDonough, Georgia. The first building is a 1.1 million-square-foot cross-dock distribution facility with 40’ clear heights.

Globally, PNK is known for its progressive, high-quality developments, and Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms will serve as a showpiece for the kind of buildings PNK Group produces.”
Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms is a labor-focused development offering top-of-the-line employee amenities, superior construction and speed to market. The property will eventually total more than 3 million square feet including an adjacent 1.5 million-square-foot cross-dock building and two rear-load facilities totaling 358,000 square feet and 275,000 square feet. Pat Murphy, Ray Stache, Lisa Pittman and Tara Healy of Cushman & Wakefield have been retained as the leasing team for Southern Gateway at Lambert Farms. Pattillo Construction Corp. is the project general contractor.
